We provide group facilitation services to meet your individual needs. For some clients we facilitate monthly business development meetings. For others we facilitate annual visioning retreats, marketing retreats or monthly leadership roundtables.
Case in Point
The CEO of a non-profit organization that was growing rapidly and in need of a new direction to maintain success, was frustrated that the board of directors and senior staff of the organization were not in alignment with their roles and were having difficulty establishing goals in the turbulence of change. Working with the CEO, McBride & Associates facilitated a retreat that brought the staff and board together to develop an understanding of the overriding mission for the organization and to establish goals for each division. As a result, the staff established executable goals for each division with the counsel of board members, who in turn provided ongoing support. Six months later most of the short term goals were achieved with a renewed cohesiveness and understanding between the CEO, the board and the senior staff.
